You don't have to be eccentric to pray, Nor do you have to always be in a crisis. Would we want to hear complaining all the time? Probably not.
So the next time you encounter someone who always and continually carries the banner of bad news, let me know how long you will suffer with them.
No doubt if we live long enough there will be problems and complaints but prayer should not be used as a dumping ground for our miserable moments only. There is a God who loves us and enjoys listening to us. He wants the fullness or our life to be brought before Him in prayer not just our problems. With this in mind we decided to give you a brief look at our prayer pages so you could get a quick overview of each section. We are eternally grateful for all the prayers you will pray for us. Your prayer support no matter how small is very valuable to us.
The Lord has given us some very creative ideas concerning prayer, especially for those of you who deal with severe time constraints.
But in the mean time browse around and if you see something you like concerning prayer, you can have it. Prayer is free after all.
Types of Prayer are the most contemporary modules of prayer given to us for you. They constitute small prayer times with a very flexible timetable. For those who are extremely busy these types of prayers may work for you. They may seem like small amounts of time to give but we will take what you will offer.
Our Prayer Network is for serious prayer people who understand covenant and commitment.
Partners is for those who desire to get closer with us at a deeper level. Those who do this become our extended family. We cover you as you cover us.
On a side note:
We must remember people can pray for you without ever seeing you. People can pray for you and never share a meal with you. People of prayer can do this because Father God has asked them to.
All that means is you may commit to one of the levels of praying for us and we may just have an understanding that you have an assignment to pray for us and that would be it. Our comfort is knowing you are out there.
Or maybe you will be more available with your commitment and we would communicate more about spiritual matters. We may meet and fellowship together but then again you are under no commitment to man just God.
Then we have partners who help sustain us as we do them. We call partners flesh on the bone. Intercessors can be unseen and often are. Our partners are the ones who fellowship with us face to face. All areas are equally important and each has it's function and place but they are all grounded in prayer.
