Father God visits who He wills and establishes what He wants, often ignoring the plans of man. Apostle Martinez and his church are tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Tampa, Florida but just close enough for you to find. Father God will often use the most unlikely people to do extraordinary things and Apostle Victor is seeing this first hand.
Although Ministerio Hispano Restauracion Church is made up of mostly latin people, that didn't stop God from sending an Anglo into their midst. When Prophet Tom showed up they were leery and skeptical about a white man ministering deeply into the latin community, after all he was an anglo. Ever since Prophet Tom's coming, Apostle Victor has found more things similar than different. The most noted difference is he is of Puerto Rican background and Prophet Tom Italian. Beside that you would think they are natural brothers. It is within both Apostle Victor's heart and Prophet Tom's heart to build a platform where there is no race difference. Even now they are building a structure for which future events can be held with people from different ethnic backgrounds.
Who knows, you may hear worship music with combined styles of Afro American/Puerto Rican/Italian/Brazilian/Anglo and more on the same platform in the same night. God is birthing intelligent worshippers not just talented ones.
